Atmo Software
Atmo™ 2.0 – Anemometer Wind Data Logging, Visualization & Analysis Software (Free)
Intuitive and simple to use, yet powerful. Atmo makes wind data logging with an anemometer a breeze. Whether monitoring weather or doing wind site evaluation Atmo features live real time data comparisons of important wind and meteorological parameters. See live averages of multiple sensors or view them just one at a time. Store valuable data collected with your Elliptic Anemometer wind logging kit in a database and export it into Excel friendly .csv file for sharing. Other features include an automatic wind speed histogram, Weibull analysis and Wind Rose plots to build a solid foundation of data for accurate wind energy and wind power predictions. Convenient 12 plot comparison section lets you compare monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly data.

Temperature Sensor Selection Enables user to quickly specify which temperature sensor to use for reference temperature.
Data Logger time synchronization. Synchronize data logger time to your internet synchronized PC and never loose a second’s worth of data.
Sensor unit selection. Select multiple units at one to see their average values on the live plot.
Live data visualization. Keep track of live conditions here. Compare:
- Temperature & Humidity
- Wind speed & Barometric Pressure
- Wind Speed & Direction.*
Atmospheric database selection. If you have multiple sensors in different locations, keep track of them individually by creating a database for each.
Select Historical Data Time Range. Select the date range to plot from your wind speed database.
Live data table. Here you can see live data as it streams in individualy from all 20 sensors and their average value.
Wind Energy & Weibull Analysis See how often different wind speeds occur and determine what your wind speed distribution shape is for accurate wind turbine performance calculations & predictions.
Wind Rose Plot. See where your winds are coming from. Determine direction of highest energy winds and most often occuring winds.
Historical Parameter Selection Select whitch sensor parameter to view in the historical data section.
Historical data visualization. Here you can see past data from your sensors. Organized in 12 convenient plots to make month to month, week to week, day to day and hour to hour comparisons easier.
