QUESTION: Does the allMETEO forwarder offer an API and HTTP forwarding in addition to FTP? My company consideres FTP as a less secure method.

ANSWER: Yes, you can define either FTP or HTTPS forwarding, which you can additionally secure with HTTP headers on the allMeteo weather station portal. Please see the following screenshot.

NOTE: The Forwarding and Settings tabs are only visible on weather stations that are registered under your own account. A user can register multiple weather stations under their account and each weather station can only have one owner.

Setting up data forwarding from allMETEO portal to any 3rd party application is simple and quick. Available options are: FTP & HTTP.
